Hello!
I’m Talitha.
I’m a native Brazilian (perhaps you already suspected that by the photo above), mother of a 7 year-old sweet boy, also an artist, a feminist, yoga enthusiast, shower singer, nature and Carnaval lover, addicted to Sunlight, and full of energy and positivity.
I love traveling. But when I’m home, I love to be outdoors, be it exploring each corner of New York City, hiking a trail Upstate NY or enjoying a beach day.
I moved to Brooklyn in 2014. I used to work in marketing and advertising and when I became a mother I felt I couldn’t fit in anymore. I stayed home with my son for a while and during this period I carried my camera everywhere to capture the first years of his life.
It was when I realized how valuable are the ordinary things in life: the laughs, the silly moments, cuddles, the fun of a bath, nap time or playtime and even the meltdowns. I started to see beauty in those imperfect moments. In 2018 I decided I wanted to photograph professionally and here I am!
Since then, I have been shooting families, mothers, women, couples, and also doing documentary and commercial works.
